The toolbox can be used by teams at any cultural institution, located anywhere in the world.

The NEO Collections approach involved digital residencies and fellowships - still a rarity in the cultural sector - the toolbox therefore, can be helpful for those organising / interested in organising similar programmes.

The outcomes might also interest philanthropic stakeholders involved in culture-funding.
